Did you try the tools of Axis for this ? (where a java class exposes to 
SOAP)
I doubt ActiveSOAP includes this but I may be wrong.
I do not think it's possible to generate anything else than the WSDL 
for SOAP-RPC.
I'd love to see anything in the direction of WSDL-for-a-human...
